He joined Northwestern Mutual as a full time agent after graduating from Arkansas State University with a major in Management. He was promoted to Managing Director in 1999.Randy and his wife, Leith reside in Jonesboro and have two daughters, Rebekah and Emma.Since Randy became Managing Director in 1999 the office has achieved its best-year-ever and was awarded the District Agency growth award in 2000. The agency was also #9 in the nation in the College Intern Program.
